Hi there! My name is Lexi, and I look forward to working with all types of organizations! I graduated in the Princeton Class of 2021 in Public Policy and have been in the workforce since 2015, taking on various projects in scientific research, marketing, and project management. My more recent work since graduating has been based in New York, helping nonprofits and start-ups with marketing, operations, and growth to other locations. I am independent but enjoy opportunities to check in and learn from my supervisor while staying on task. At this time, I am straddling two part-time opportunities with an education nonprofit (managing hiring and workforce development) and a local restaurant (as their CMO). Chat soon! Lexi

  What started as helping a local business plan their grand opening turned into a CMO role with Business Operations. Now, I oversee relations with vendors and our site managers, handle inventory, and implement evidence-based practices in the workplace to increase efficiency and overall revenue for the stores.   Continuing the work I did as a program associate, I shifted into the role of Workforce Development Specialist to focus solely on recruiting and retention at our nonprofit. I handle our hiring accounts across Indeed, LinkedIn, SimplyHired, and Idealist, a mission-based hiring platform to connect dedicated people to nonprofits. Additionally, I cultivate area connections in NYC, working with schools and other organizations in the area to collaborate on community efforts and filling open positions.
