With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Colgate University, I have a passion for understanding human behavior and creating positive environments for growth. My experience as a Lead Teacher at The Art Farm NYC allowed me to oversee a team and ensure a smooth flow of activities while maintaining the safety and well-being of the children. As a Camp Counselor at Trevor Day School, I collaborated with a team to create engaging activities that fostered social skills and confidence in campers. My time studying abroad at DIS expanded my cultural awareness and global perspective. These experiences have honed my skills in leadership, communication, and creating enriching environments for learning and growth. I am dedicated to utilizing my education and experiences to positively impact the lives of others.

  -Oversaw 2-3 assistant teachers by delegating tasks such as co-leading a lesson, preparing the children to leave the building, and managing behavioral or social problems among campers to create an efficient flow of the day -Completed all administrative tasks necessary for the campers including communicating with parents during drop off and pick up, and collecting medical and trip forms to maintain the safety of the children

  Collaborated with a team of co-counselors to plan and implement arts and crafts, physical activities, and games to encourage engagement with fellow campers and to build social skills including empathy, trust, and confidence.
