I am the Chief Executive Officer of Intelligent Web Crew, a digital agency I founded in Boston in 2005. With over 20 years of experience in software development, full stack engineering, and custom system design, I have built a career delivering innovative solutions across web, mobile, and cloud platforms. Throughout my journey, I have collaborated with clients across American, Brazilian, and Hispanic markets, leveraging my fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish to bridge cultures and deliver impactful results. Key achievements include leading a 6+ year marketing campaign with AutoMax Preowned that significantly boosted sales, and directing the complete rebranding of the Brazilian Times, modernizing its 30-year-old identity with a new website, app, and brand positioning. Today, my mission is to combine deep full stack expertise with AI-augmented development workflows, using advanced tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI copilots to enhance architecture, accelerate coding, and drive automation. This approach allows me to design and deliver intelligent, scalable systems that help businesses grow, optimize performance, and create personalized digital experiences. In addition to my technology career, I also serve as CEO of Grupo Bertoldo Realty, expanding a multi-generational family-owned real estate legacy in both Brazil and the United States.
