I’m a GTM operator who builds systems. For the past decade, I’ve worked inside high-velocity startups owning go-to-market end-to-end. From positioning and demand to RevOps, forecasting, pricing/packaging, and revenue recognition. I’m at my best where strategy and execution meet, clarifying the story, choosing the few moves that matter, and building the systems that make them repeatable. Today, I’m building Dandelion Fire, where I embed with lean B2B teams as a fractional leader (CMO / GTM / ops) and a forward-deployed builder. That means I can sit in one seat (marketing, RevOps, ops, AI-sys) or orchestrate the full motion, and when it makes sense I’ll design and implement AI-enabled workflows and lightweight internal tools that eliminate busywork and accelerate decisions. The ROI I care about most is simple: time back. Time to ship, time to sell, time to think, and time to be human outside of work.
