I am an NPD (specifically in CPG and hardware) professional and process building + optimization enthusiast. I've over 8+ years in consumer hard goods. I've scaled independent and aggregated DTC CPG brands exponentially through thoughtful product development and leading-edge process development and scaling. In addition to being an operator within these companies, I am also the creator of the processes that allow these businesses to scale operations from idea conceptualization through exit. These processes include - 'what makes a great product idea', 'how do we bring this idea to market', 'how do we position this idea in the market', 'how do we convince the customer', and 'how do we scale'. I have a passion for detailed work and find joy in bringing lean, effective processes to life - and then sharing the results. I love pudding with proof! I've led over 50 product launches generating over $10M in annual recurring revenue. I've previously managed a 10-brand portfolio driving $39.5M in revenue with 33% YoY bottom-line growth, and cut time-to-launch by ~30% while improving on-time delivery from 80% to 95%. I've worked across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels with manufacturing partners in China, Taiwan, Vietnam, and the US. What makes me different from most NPD managers: I have a Plastics Engineering degree (UMass Lowell) and real manufacturing fluency — injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, thermoforming, CNC, die cutting, cosmetics filling, textiles. I speak the same language as factory engineers, not just project trackers. I catch problems in development that most program managers don't see until production. I've developed products across categories including outdoor gear, gluten-free food, skincare, office products, furniture, and baby goods and so many other verticals. If it's a physical product sold to consumers, I've probably built something like it. Always open to connecting with people building interesting things.
