I'm a highly adaptive and empathic design leader with 20 years experience. Working both in-house and in the agency setting, because both are so interesting! Designing museums taught me to be a player / coach leading teams through strategic conceptualization, to project completion - on time, and on budget. Tech, on the other hand, made me a complexity sponge who is extremely fond of crafting systems and iterating on every level. I love building brand trust across all facets to connect to users and achieve business goals. I'm a total design nerd generalist who believes that words matter and a well crafted, simple graph is sometimes just the ticket. That nerdiness comes balanced with positivity, and a midwest work ethic.
