I’m a digital product designer with a multidisciplinary background in engineering and human-centered design. I’m passionate about accessibility and how empathic design can be combined with feasible, high-performing digital products and services. I currently work as a User Experience Design Director at Reaktor NYC, helping companies create user-centric solutions that drive meaningful impact. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across industries such as aerospace, finance, healthcare, education, and the food industry. I’ve led projects from early-stage concept design to large-scale digital transformations, with a focus on aligning user needs with business and technical goals. My expertise spans product and service design, UX strategy, and agile development processes. Accessibility and inclusive design are at the core of my work. I’ve trained and mentored designers, developers, and product managers on embedding accessibility practices into their workflows, fostering a mindset where inclusion becomes part of the design process from the start. I believe that collaboration is key — working closely with developers, stakeholders, and users, while building an open feedback culture within teams, leads to better outcomes. As a generalist, I enjoy the full spectrum of product design. I’m equally comfortable defining product vision, doing research, refining UIs, and collaborating hands-on with cross-functional teams. My strength lies in interaction design, driven by a deep curiosity about how people engage with technology to make their everyday lives easier.
