A dedicated and passionate graphic design student at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, currently pursuing a Diploma in Graphic Design. With a strong foundation in design and visual communications, I have been actively involved as a Graphic Design First Year Mentor since February 2023. In this role, I support first-year students by guiding them through academic challenges, ensuring they comprehend design briefs, and liaising with lecturers to facilitate their learning experience. My journey in leadership began as a Teen Blue Route Mall Ambassador in 2017, where I participated in community-focused workshops and initiatives. My educational background includes attending Wynberg Girls' High School from 2017 to 2021, which laid the groundwork for my current academic pursuits. I am committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for aspiring designers while honing my skills in the dynamic field of graphic design.

  Assisted first year visual communication design students with their academic work, emotional and mental states. Ensured that their work was up to date, that they understood the design briefs and lessons covered, and handled any problems that arose. Liaised with lecturers on behalf of first year students and assisted them with any needed help.

• Teen Blue Route Mall Ambassador · Blue Route Mall01-01-2017 – 11-01-2017

  Served as an ambassador for Blue Route Mall, attended multiple workshops and drives that aided the local community and the mall.
