  Led the entire design process of a cloud-based app for a real-time monitoring dashboard from scratch. Created storyboards, high-fidelity designs, and rapid prototypes in Figma tailored to customer needs. Achieved 20% improvement in task completion time, through usability testing with interactive Figma prototypes. Created user flows, information architectures, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design rationale with the team.

  As a former software developer, I faced the challenge of ensuring user satisfaction within projects, which sparked my interest in creating user-friendly software. I led UX design initiatives for different application services and websites, my main responsibilities were: Improved a B2B2C Financial platform through usability testing, and redesigning the complex process. Designing and implementing over 10 software projects in field of Core Bank, E-Payment, E-Business, using C# and SQL Server. Administrating databases, enhancing queries to achieve a 60% increase in read speed and ensuring optimal database performance.
