Olivier launched Olari Consulting in June 2017. Previously, he joined in 2012 Babeth’s Feast, a unique specialty retail frozen food concept at its inception; he built the company infrastructure from the ground up for 2 years and then oversaw the day-to-day operations of the company until 2015. Previously, Olivier worked at the worldwide headquarters of Le Pain Quotidien in New York as Brand Marketing Manager, and for O&CO. worldwide, in retail and wholesale sales, operations, logistics and marketing. Olivier grew up on his family’s olive tree estate in Provence, where his family has been producing olive oil for more than half a century. He holds a Master in Agricultural Engineering and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
