I operate as a Fractional Program Governance & Platform Integration Lead, supporting organizations running complex, multi-platform initiatives where delivery is active but governance, decision ownership, and dependency control are unclear. My work sits at the intersection of PMO, platform delivery, and executive governance. I am typically engaged when programs span multiple systems, stakeholders, and vendor and leaders need a single point of accountability to stabilize delivery, formalize operating models, and ensure decisions are made, documented, and executed. I specialize in program governance design, cross-platform dependency management, escalation frameworks, and executive reporting. Rather than managing day-to-day task execution, I focus on creating the structures and controls that allow programs to move forward with clarity, speed, and reduced risk. I work fractionally, usually two to three days per week, over defined engagements to establish sustainable governance models and transition programs into steady-state ownership. Core focus areas include enterprise IT and HR platforms, complex integrations, and transformation initiatives requiring disciplined oversight without the overhead of a full-time executive role.
