The long term vision was to bring transparency to company culture and provide insights and metrics to HR managers on how to improve their culture.

  Triptease is a SaaS company operating in the travel tech space. It provides a suite of tools for hotels to improve their direct bookings channel. They enable hotels to be transparent on pricing and also improve the experience of booking direct.<br><br>Projects:<br> - Behavioural Analytics (trying to gauge intent of user on hotel website ie. browsing vs booking)<br> - Intelligent Caching of time-sensitive price data (built backend micro-service that integrated with Triptease's other services and designed + implemented a caching algorithm that minimised resource usage while maintaining data accuracy)<br> - Built Distributed scraping system and later used data for research

  B&B is a hardware and software company designing connectivity and communication solutions for a large number of applications and industries including; oil & gas, manufacturing and transport networks.<br><br>Projects:<br> Built module that linked B&B's new cellular gateway (router) with a number of cloud hosted IOT portals using an ARM cross compiler and C. Solution was demoed at Dublin and the NEC (Birmingham) by myself for B&B's product launch.<br> Produced a prototype of a signal modelling module that greatly reduced the bandwidth required to deliver sensor data to the online portals.
