Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction at Indiana University Bloomington, with an expected graduation in 2024, and holding a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Tunghai University, I bring a diverse background in UI/UX design and project management. As a Teaching Assistant at Indiana University's Serve IT Clinic, I directed projects for local non-profits, leveraging Tableau for strategic insights. Concurrently, I serve as a UI/UX Design Consultant at Shoemaker Innovation Center, empowering student entrepreneurs through human-centered design. My previous roles include leading website design at InnApartment, planning events for Rethink Taiwan 2027, and enhancing user journeys at RapaQ. Conducted in-depth user research to identify pain points in locating service functions. Led a user-centric redesign of the websites visual elements, streamlining navigation, resulting in positive CEO feedback for accurately reflecting brand spirit and improved navigation.

  Planned competitions for 100 people with the marketing and activity team. Responsible for the identification of all personnel, event advertisement, and marketing materials. Collaborated with Youth Development Administration, Ministry of Education. Created a website as a tool for participants to help them track their process. Planned an exhibition to tell stories of these participants' social issues.

  Brought an 8% increase in purchase rates by simplifying the user journey and collaborating closely with the product manager and development team to hit MVP milestone.
