  I am the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Ball24, a fantasy sports platform. At Ball24, I : ● Led the full-stack development of a mobile application, achieving 500+ downloads within first 3 weeks and growing the userbase to 100K+. ● Enhanced user engagement by 30% through targeted features and intuitive UI/UX design, utilizing user feedback and A/B testing. ● Executed Firebase PhoneAuth, databases, storage, and backend functions, reducing onboarding time to just 7 seconds and improving data retrieval speed by 40%. ● Directed and integrated features such as live score updates, team creation, contest participation, and an admin dashboard, using Firebase and Agile Technologies. ● Increased user retention from 50% to 90% within six months by focusing on usability and engagement, implementing regular user surveys and feedback loops.
