  As Kuda customers increase rapidly and we expand to more countries, we aim to optimize the Global App to enhance our technical scalability and ensure a more streamlined and versatile experience. As a Growth Designer, I experimented on the Kuda global app Dashboard and designed the user experience for the iterable messaging cards. New exploration to the user interface of the Kuda App dashboard, making it more engaging and user-focused by adding new features like 'Quick access buttons', 'Dashboard Banners', 'suggested for you', and 'you might like'. Designed multiple Kuda Website Landing pages for various Kuda features. Explored new design ideas for the Kuda website header navigation and footer.

  With the launch of KUDA in the UK, we have expanded our reach to connect new customers with our comprehensive banking services. Designed the UK remittance feature for international transfers on the Global App. Took charge of the design aspects for the new UK website and collaborated closely with the retail web design team to implement design enhancements on the Nigerian website. Handled the design for various features on the Kuda Global App.

  - Headed the design for Axia Africa an Ed-tech startup to a successful launch by conceptualizing the website design and overseeing the development of the website and product features, this resulted in a 40% increase in both market reach and student registrations within the first quarterY - Executed innovative design strategies for Axia s product, resulting in a 10% increase in user engagement, a 7% growth in customer retention rates and 22% increase in sign up rate - I played a pivotal role in shaping user experiences, interfaces, and streamlined website development process - Managed junior designers and engineers and product managers while designing new product initiatives like the Axia Mentorship platform. - Took the lead in defining the design direction and information architecture for our product, while working closely the CEO and lead engineer and managing junior designers. - Responsibilities encompass guiding the expansion of our product, Oversaw the successful launch of the product in collaboration with external partners, resulting in an overall increase in awareness of the product within the first quarter after launch.

  Researched and designed various features on the Dro Health Mobile App. Took part in user interviews and oversaw the development of the Dro Health app with engineers.
