With a robust educational foundation in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from CMR College of Engineering & Technology, I have developed a strong technical acumen. Currently, I am a Genesys Pure-Cloud Engineer at Daimler Trucks, where I have successfully implemented Genesys PureCloud solutions to enhance communication functionalities and manage cloud administration. My role involves designing IVR call flows, configuring call routing, and troubleshooting network issues. Previously, I served as a Software Engineer at Wells Fargo, where I re-designed the contact center into Genesys Cloud and managed change management and incident response. I also acted as a scrum master, facilitating coordination between business and technical teams. My experience is marked by a commitment to optimizing communication systems and ensuring seamless operational functionality.

  Implemented Genesys PureCloud from scratch to enable voice, chat, call recording, voicemails, reporting, and WFH functionalities. Managed Genesys Cloud administration including profile creations, health checks, queue creation, wrap-up codes, skills, sites, and DID. Configured Datable and WebRTC phones, call routing, and SIP trunk. Designed IVR call flows and menus, deployed edge devices, and troubleshot voice and network issues.

  Re-designed the contact center into Genesys Cloud. Worked with service providers on number porting and configured SIP trunks.
