Batch procedures scheduling on production, preproduction and QA servers using specific tools (Control-M Workload Automation, IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler). Problem and incident/defects management using Jira Software. Install patches in production environment and checking the possible errors that can appear after. Offer application support for third parties. Monitor production and test environments and data transfer between production systems and or test systems.
