I’m a UX designer with over a decade of experience creating intuitive, human-centered experiences across industries. My background spans education (Pluralsight.com), e-commerce (Overstock.com & Finfunmermaid.com), internal software, and service-based websites. This have given me a well-rounded perspective on designing for both complexity and accessibility. As UX designers, we scrutinize every element on the page to ensure it’s both intuitive and aligned with the goals of users and the business. I believe that copy is no exception — it’s a crucial part of the experience and something I’ve intentionally developed as part of my UX skillset over the years. In previous roles, I’ve helped teams understand the impact of clear, purposeful writing on usability by leading workshops and championing content-first design.
