Engaged internal and external stakeholders in exploring and defining the next wave of genomic product and service opportunities, including: Empathizing with rare disease patients and their care givers, identifying unique opportunities to offer support during the diagnostic odyssey. Understanding the genomic data needs and buying preferences of pharmaceutical companies during drug discovery and proposing strategic product directions. Tapped by the CEO to lead a special initiative on defining new corporate mission, vision, and core value statements.

As Innovation Partner for a leading clinical laboratory network, created a patient-centric e-commerce solution to help people better understand their health through clear and targeted home lab tests. Organized and facilitated two-day Discovery Workshops to kick-off strategic engagements.
