During my 15+ year career I've played a role in creating great products at agencies, startups, in-house design teams, venture studios and have been a 2x founding designer. Over those years I've learned more than I could have ever imagined. The key takeaway: Everything is a story. What makes it memorable is how you tell it. ‍ I'm currently putting that knowledge to use leading product and design for early stage companies, ensuring well defined problems are at the core of their products.   Manage design & product teams for startups, enabling founders to focus on other top business priorities. Lead workshops with product teams using key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop a clear product roadmap and establish an aligned vision. Provide leadership and fundraising expertise to founders by crafting compelling stories, developing pitch decks, and designing mockups that help investors envision the company's future potential. Coach founders on product strategy and design thinking methodologies, incorporating UX research into their process to deepen the understanding of their target audience.

  Art-directed visionary social community product for client, managing the design and development teams. Mentored junior designers by promoting best practices, encouraging creative problem-solving, and coaching them in presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas to clients. Collaborated with sales team to identify new business opportunities, specifically targeting VC firms. Led the redesign of internal financial application for the large-scale healthcare organization Caring.com.

• Founding Designer · Founders Factory03-01-2020 – 08-01-2021

  Led product & design for Johnson & Johnson venture studio companies, identifying healthcare problems, conducting customer research, designing concepts, interviewing founders, and creating fundraising materials. Supported early stage start-ups in the accelerator program, by implementing advanced research techniques and analyzing user metrics, leading to more effective, data-driven decision-making. Collaborated with Head of Finance and founders to develop pitch decks, resulting in 6 successful capital raises.

• Senior UI/UX Designer · Signify Health06-01-2015 – 07-01-2019

  Developed a responsive design system implemented across 4 value-based healthcare program applications. Conducted contextual inquiries in hospitals, shadowing physicians and nurses during their daily tasks to gather direct user feedback in their work environment.

• Senior Interaction Designer · Hyperloop Transportation Technologies, Inc.02-01-2016 – 06-01-2016

  Collaborated with cross-functional and multi-location teams to develop a file-sharing platform. Established a streamlined file-sharing structure to enhance team alignment and productivity. Utilized targeted campaigns to support fundraising initiatives and attract investors.
