  Working with IT Staff and others to develop service request forms and workflows within IT Request. Identify process efficiencies and clear instructions. Development of testing scripts and scenario testing of the Automated Testing Framework application.

• Data Analyst & Computer Programmer · University of California Santa Cruz12-09-2020

  Used Big Data strategies and worked for university professor to gather and analyze new linguistic data among children to enhance their learning environments. Worked with SPSS, R, and Python.

• HCI Research Assistant · University of California Santa Cruz12-16-2020 – 03-31-2021

  Investigated different aspects of self-tracking apps. We analyze users logs to give insights into ways to improve on apps such as Echo.

• UX and Technical Intern · Cisco06-01-2021

  Designing user experiences through wireframe mock-ups, interactions flows, low-fidelity prototypes, and specification documents. Planning and executing research studies with guidance from the User Research Lead, among other tasks.

• UX Designer · NASA12-28-2021

  Currently working at NASA Ames Research Center to design and build tools for VIPER Space Mission. Specifically, a member of the Open MCT team that is working on an open source mission control software, as well as providing assistance with VERVE, a 3D visualization system used for exploration science operations. Some notable responsibilities include: (1) Conducting user research, observation, and testing of science teams at NASA using Open MCT. (2) Creating mockups and interactive designs, and writing code to transform them into real-time features for Open MCT. (3) Leading the development of the Open MCT Users Manual, which will be used by VIPER mission personnel and the overall public.
