With a strong foundation in product design, engineering, and technology, I am passionate about solving complex challenges through creativity and precision. My experience spans across various industries, from designing cutting-edge consumer products to improving machine efficiencies in manufacturing environments. Currently, as a freelance Product Designer, I specialize in creating manufacturable 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks, leading projects that range from smart bird feeders to food composting shredders. I also have expertise in augmented reality (AR), developing immersive experiences that educate and engage users, such as an AR scene of Belfast city and interactive tourism apps. In my previous role as a Machine Technologist at Mitolo Family Farms, I led a team to enhance production efficiency by identifying mechanical faults and implementing CAD-based solutions, achieving a significant increase in production speed. I also contributed to packaging optimization, ensuring quality and hygiene standards for over a million units. As a Product Designer for SENSEcity, I successfully led a team that developed augmented reality apps, securing substantial investment and delivering innovative AR solutions for heritage sites and city sightseeing experiences.   Led a team of 5 laborers to package over 1 million pieces of product, ensuring hygienic procedures to avoid contamination. Repaired and operated a Newtec combination weighing machine, ensuring 80% efficiency and 100% correct labeling for over 1 million onion products. Identified faults and developed improvements using CAD to increase efficiency, leading to an increase of onion products from 65 to 70 bags per minute.

  Spearheaded a team to design, develop, and deploy a functional augmented reality app, securing further funding for the project. Led a team to secure a 250k investment from EIT Digital for Historiscope, an augmented reality tourist telescope. Developed user interfaces for City sightseeing Glasgow and SENSEcity walks, educating users about city history through augmented reality.
