And how do we build that at scale, for real people, not personas? Some career highlights: As a Senior Product Manager for a national underground utility firm, I led the end-to-end development of a zero-to-one AI-powered predictive maintenance platform to address core problems. False alarms had eroded technician trust and there was growing pressure to match competitors' predictive tools. Partnering with the client's CTO, I aligned AI, engineering, and field ops teams around a clear product vision. By designing the solution around technician workflows, we reduced failure rates by 20%, saved $7 million annually, and helped over 12,000 technicians shift from reactive firefighting to proactive planning, restoring trust and driving measurable value. At a leading retailer, I launched a Generative AI-powered semantic search to fix a major customer pain point. Shoppers often searched using vague queries, such as snacks for kids' lunchboxes or bug spray that doesn't smell. Using LLMs, vector embeddings, and RAG, we developed a smarter, more intuitive search experience, resulting in an 18% increase in engagement and a more human-centered shopping experience. As Lead Product Manager at a global MedTech firm, I led strategic efforts to modernize pharmacy operations, including transforming a legacy on-premises platform into a cloud-based, microservices-driven SaaS solution to support expansion into the small and medium-sized business (SMB) market.
