I help companies navigate the messy middle between a good idea and a great product. The hardest part of building products isn't design execution alone. It's the gap between we should build this and here's what we're actually building. Where strategic vision meets user needs, technical constraints, and stakeholder politics. That's where I work. I lead strategic product design initiatives for companies working through complexity. From early-stage startups defining their MVP, to established business scaling global platforms. Beyond client projects, I founded the Hamburg Designers community to foster collaboration among creatives. Curating events for nearly 1,100 members, I cultivate spaces for inspiration and empowerment. My dedication extends to teaching, having mentored design students and professionals through courses that refine their skills and elevate their craft. I also co-founded Creative Cities Connect to bring designers and communities together, and mentor teams through design operations and product strategy.
