With a robust background in UX Design and Communication, I have honed my skills through diverse educational and professional experiences. I hold a Master's in UX Design from Talent Garden and a degree in Communication and Media Studies from IULM University. My career journey includes a pivotal role as an Experience Designer at Intellera Consulting, where I crafted user-centered experiences and interfaces. Prior to this, I developed strong customer service and communication skills as a Sales Assistant at Calzedonia Group. A recent career break allowed me to immerse myself in Australian culture, enhancing my English proficiency and global perspective. This experience has enriched my ability to connect with diverse audiences and adapt to new environments, making me a versatile and empathetic professional in the field of user experience design.

  This was my Erasmus experience, lived after the pandemic. When the pandemic disrupted my original plans, I decided to make up for it by moving to Australia. During this year abroad, I improved my English, embraced a new culture, and grew personally by stepping out of my comfort zone and connecting with people from all over the world.
