  Analyzed and visualized information architecture data, reorganized site navigation, used Screaming Frog to audit content for 50,000 university-wide users through the Office of Information Technology. Conducted and analyzed user research and testing. Projects included Duke Study Abroad website, Office of Information Technology website, and more. Audited and researched competitive analysis of the UX of the internal team itself, and presented my findings with suggestions to improve team efficacy and experience at the end of the year.
