With a robust background in organizational development and change management, I hold an MPS in Organizational Development and Change from the J. Jeffrey and Ann Marie Fox Graduate School at Penn State and a BS in Business Administration from Roberts Wesleyan University. Currently, I serve as the Principal Change Manager at TriNet, where I lead strategic change initiatives to ensure successful project implementation. Previously, I was the Senior Change Management Team Lead at Insight, where I directed a team in aligning change management plans with organizational goals.
