Currently, I serve as the Organization Transformation PM (Global) at EQ U.S., where I consult on global HR transformation projects. Previously, I co-founded Stratf, spearheading strategic initiatives. My experience includes a tenure at EY, focusing on global HR transformation in People Advisory Services, and managing global HR transformation programs at Walgreens Boots Alliance. At Walgreens, I implemented a new employee portal and aligned HRIS platform SuccessFactors with global HRSS initiatives. Earlier, as HR Shared Services & HRIS Manager at Versiti Inc., I managed HRIS platforms and drove digital HR initiatives. Handled the entire coordination with IT infrastructure setup with WBA and 3rd party provider for HRSS. Aligned with the Change management initiatives to rollout the global HRSS for WBA.
