  • Currently leading the product design for Pangea. Responsible for shifting the product from a college freelance platform to a professional talent marketplace which has resulted in increased user spending of 76% as of Q3. • Overhauled the talent profile pages and introduced a profile completion progress widget, which resulted in a 50% increase in profile completion rate on sign-up. • Redesigned and built the latest landing page on Webflow, resulting in a 20% increase in conversion rate compared to the previous landing page.

  • Helped shape and define the foundation of the Pangea platform as the first designer on the team. Designed the first core features of our end-to-end web and mobile marketplace platform that connects companies with talent they can contract to hire. • Conducted user research and gathered insights to drive iterative improvements during the Y-Combinator program, resulting in a successful funding Seed round of $2M from top venture capital firms. • Redesigned user interface and streamlined user flows, resulting in a 4,000% increase in the company's lifetime transaction volume from $60K to $2.5M. • Developed and implemented the company's design system using Figma, reducing the time from design to deployment from 6 weeks to 2 weeks as well as reducing front-end errors during development.

  • Conducted user research alongside PMs to identify pain points in early-stage digital product teams, resulting in the implementation of collaborative solutions that were rolled out to over 1,000 internal users. • Designed and launched a responsive website for the annual digital product fair using Figma and WebFlow, resulting in a record-breaking number of participating applicants, with a 50% increase from the previous year.
