I then transitioned to a CX & Sales Merchandiser role at DNK, part of BRALIRWA, enhancing product visibility and sales strategies. My passion for design led me to freelance on Upwork, where I crafted user-centered digital solutions, including apps and web concepts. Notable milestones include leading the mobile app redesign, ideation & concept development for Mulla App, creating design systems, developing the Kayko POS interface, enhancing the web accounting platform, launching interactive prototypes, conducting user research, wireframing & mockups, and usability testing.
