  Conceptualized and led the development efforts to create an online learning management system to educate and engage trade allies in residential energy efficiency programs. Responsible for all aspects of the online, self-paced e-learning offered to trade allies, including management of the learning management system (LMS), overseeing content needs and development, serving as an instructional designer when needed to create new content based on learner needs, and maintaining the quality of the LMS and content through oversight of reviews and feedback from learner participants. Developed training content on energy efficiency basics, sales and marketing strategies, social media for contractors, consumer education on energy efficiency, Realtor and Lender Education on energy efficiency. Vast experience working with subject matter experts to manage the creation and production of a variety of technical content for the learning management system.

• Senior Associate · ICF01-01-2010 – 03-01-2017

  Supported utility-sponsored programs for the U.S. EPAs Clean Energy Program, which encourages energy efficiency in residential, commercial and industrial markets. Key activities included building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, contributing to national and regional program strategies, conducting partner recruitment activities and assisting in energy efficiency portfolio development, coordinating with other team members and clients to develop strategies to influence the Southwest market and increase participation in programs, providing partners with technical and marketing assistance, tracking state/local and national energy policies and conducting research and analysis of energy efficiency and industry issues. Supported regional new homes teams, and mentored junior staff on best practices to recruit new home builders and create an ally network to support the early growth of the program. Coordinated outreach and training for HERS raters, homebuilders, lenders, real estate agents and consumers to educate them on the advantages of building, financing, selling and buying ENERGY STAR certified and high performance homes.

  Over seven years of experience in support and development of utility-sponsored energy efficiency building programs. Assisted in the continued development of the Oncor ENERGY STAR® Homes Program through recruitment, training, and support service efforts for the 2003 through 2009 program years. Assisted in varied outreach programs targeted at builder's construction staff, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, builder's sales staff, and consumers. Facilitated all aspects of the advanced training seminars and workshops conducted each year, including content development, procuring sponsors and speakers, marketing the event, and facilitating the workshop. Handled the special events that the Program participates in, including logistics for annual award ceremonies and sponsorship activities necessary to advertise and promote the winners of the award. Two prior years of experience working with local government implementation of environmental awareness programs.
