  FX1 leverages Blockchain technology and advanced AI and computer vision to extract world-first data points from live-streamed sports games, providing an engaging experience for fans and valuable insights for sports and media entities. I began my journey at FX1 as the CTO, transitioning to the COO role as I expanded my responsibilities across all business areas.   I was asked to come back to help Appliances Online grow the business and establish a more significant market share away from traditional brick-and-mortar appliance stores. As CMO, I managed a large team and was responsible for a multi-million dollar marketing budget while also being in charge of our e-commerce website and the experience it offered. My achievements included: - Established and built meaningful stakeholder relationships amongst the wider group - Gained experience in negotiating new product features & marketing initiatives - Managed a multi-million dollar advertising budget, which included our blimp - Oversaw our data analytics team and helped use data analytics across each department - Improved return on advertising spend (ROAS) through an improved site conversion rate - Grew sales of product upsells by understanding the data we had on customers and buying habits - Secured four prestigious awards at the 2016 ORIAS (Online Retail Industry Awards)
