  Led the design and research of a Human-AI teaming tool, achieving a 30% reduction in planning time and enhancing plan review consistency by managers through streamlined processes. Designed an AI-powered literature review feature using the Systematic Design Framework, cutting background research time by 50% and significantly improving the organization of information for research. Prototyped modular testing plan templates and facilitated 15 interviews to gather continuous feedback for refinements, leading to 24% increase in researcher satisfaction.

  Created a networking app augmented in WeChat for users to plan social events. Defined the information hierarchy and user flow, drafted the wireframe and prototypes, and conducted user testing with 15 users using participatory methods. Created aesthetic graphic designs of the UI like vector decoration and color profile and redesigned the logo. By the end of August 2022, Billow app has raised 66 events and have 400+ registered users. Created the front-end of Billow's official website from scratch using Wix.com through 3 rounds of sketching, wireframing, and prototyping. Conducted 10+ user interviews, 3 contextual interviews, and heuristic evaluation to test and refine the user flow. Collaborated with the engineering team and stakeholders through effective communication to ensure a quality delivery. Launched the website by the end of April 2021, and quickly received 700 active users.
