I design innovative products that solve problems, are impactful, and create delightful user experiences. My career started in front-end development and picked up design along the way. Over the last five years of professional experience, I have led design across various companies helping drive innovation at scale for companies & projects like AKQA X IBM, AKQA X Mayo Clinic, BMW Performance Centre, Runbuggy, Urbansitter, Indicina, and Bumpa. I am passionate about helping the world be a better place through user-centric digital experiences that are seamless to use and make living a lot less stressful. My design work focuses on usability, accessibility, and information architecture while keeping scale in mind. I also have a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction Design from the University of Leicester, graduating with distinction. In my spare time, I mentor early-career designers through Designlab, providing guidance and advice as they navigate their UX design careers. • Senior Product Designer · RunBuggy05-01-2021 – 05-01-2022

  Worked on the design of transport order internal tool for the customer success team enabling efficient task management for over 11,000 transport orders per month and streamlining the team’s effort by over 90%. Collaborated with product engineers, designers, and managers to define the internal tool's product scope and feature requirements. Pioneered and maintained the design system and worked with the engineering team to ensure design consistency across all touchpoints.

• Lead Product Designer · Bumpa07-01-2020 – 10-01-2021

  Designed a brand identity system for the product, including logo, typography, font, and color scheme. Interviewed customers and completed Heuristics Evaluation of product to discover pain points in the product. Led product design of the mobile app helping over 70,000 businesses manage sales from multiple channels, since its launch. Researched, analyzed, and redesigned Bumpa’s order management process, which increased recorded monthly orders from 283 orders to 14,000+ orders and increased Gross Merchant Value by over 2000%. Teamed up with the product owner to define product strategy and develop a product roadmap for Bumpa.
