  Contributed to the evaluation of applications for the Millennium Fellowship program as a member of the MCN Global Admissions Committee. Conducted an extensive review of more than 750 applications from multiple regions, utilizing a detailed evaluation rubric to determine eligibility. Worked closely with Team Leads to make data-driven decisions regarding campus selections through effective communication. Gained valuable experience working with a diverse group of student leaders from various countries, getting exposure to different cultures and perspectives. Assessed the leadership skills and interest in social impact work of student leaders from around the world through personal interviews, gaining valuable experience in evaluating, communicating, and collaborating with diverse teams.
