  Presided over the regional leadership of the Pacific Northwest region with 6 delivery stations, resulting in improvements in scorecard performance in quality and safety from last in the network to 3rd best out of 18 regions. Directed all elements of large scope projects with site and regional impact, leading to improvements across 28 primary metrics, including 100% loss packages, 100% defect not correct, 69% shipments market not on van, and 10% on-time dispatch. Administered the SLI Leader recovery for the XLDS-PNW region from 57% unfavorable in October 2020 to 9% unfavorable in February 2021.

  Oversaw and directed a wide range of launch operations, as well as presiding over the expansion program and process of 13 AMZL delivery stations across North America.
