With a strong foundation in human resources and sales, I have been serving as the Vice President and Human Resources leader at FinTech School since September 2019. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing HR functions, developing strategic initiatives, and supporting the organization's growth. Prior to this, I honed my sales expertise as an Ejecutiva de Ventas at Standar Chontal starting in December 2018, where I managed client relationships and drove sales to meet revenue targets. My educational background includes studies at Universidad del Norte de Nicaragua UNN.
