Through modalities such as Bowenwork (fascial therapy), somatic healing, Nervous System support, mental/emotional release, and trauma integration, we use science backed strategies to get you feeling truly vibrant and capable of taking tangible action in your life. Working in healing arts for over 10 years, Amanda operates under a Terrain-based philosophy - the body and mind as one interconnected ecosystem.
