With a strong foundation in informatics from the University of Washington, I have developed a diverse skill set in user experience design and information technology. My professional journey began as a Web Tools Consultant, where I honed my problem-solving and communication skills by assisting faculty and students with learning management systems. Progressing to an IT Team Lead, I supervised a team of 15 consultants, focusing on training and development. As a Teaching Assistant, I furthered my passion for education by teaching informatics to university students.
