With a Master of Science in Information specializing in Human Computer Interaction & User Experience from the University of Michigan (2022-2024) and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (2016-2020), I have developed a robust foundation in user experience research and design. Currently, I am a User Experience Researcher at Namika and the Michigan Institute for Data and AI in Society, where I focus on enhancing product design and user satisfaction. My previous roles include User Experience Designer at Amazon Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics and User Experience Researcher at the University of Michigan's School of Information. Additionally, I served as a Graduate Student Instructor for the course SI 305 - Intro to Information Analysis.
