  I have been fortunate to work for Plann since November 2020 where I have been able to expand my Marketing skills through a combination of Customer Success and Marketing tasks. Through creating onboarding/troubleshooting tutorial videos, publishing help center articles, communicating with customers individually through one-on-one sessions, etc., I have really found my passion in the Marketing field. My favorite part of working for Plann has been really focusing on improving the customer experience. Through this combination of Marketing and CS, I have been able to pin point exactly what the customer needs and create an experience that allows for greater retention and improved relationships between our Product and customer base.
