• Chief Design Director · The PUSO Foundation03-01-2020

  As Chief Design Officer at The PUSO Foundation, I led the organization’s end-to-end design vision, overseeing brand, product, and marketing design across all channels. I scaled the Design, Media, and Communications department from a one-person operation to a 10-member, multi-disciplinary team, implementing a design operations framework to support rapid growth and creative consistency. I championed the adoption of design thinking across departments, fostering a culture of experimentation, empathy, and collaboration. In this role, I directed cross-functional teams spanning visual, content, and product design, ensuring that all creative efforts aligned with the foundation’s mission and community impact. As the CDO, I collaborated closely with copywriters and art directors to develop visual concepts for a range of campaigns, contributing to everything from initial brainstorming and mood board creation to final production. I supported the design process by creating mockups, comps, and production-ready assets across both digital and print formats. Through this role, I gained hands-on experience with agency workflows, including client feedback cycles, version control, and asset handoff, while sharpening my ability to balance creativity with fast-paced execution.
