  Owned the roadmap and drove the development of Shipment Ingestion, Auditing, Location, Order, Appointment Scheduling, and Inventory Management features as part of a comprehensive Transportation Management System (TMS) solution. • Enhanced routing accuracy, ETA reliability, and geolocation precision by refining parameters and optimizing API calls to improve operational accuracy across the platform. • Designed and implemented a new appointment scheduling platform, enabling Turvo’s top customers to scale operations globally and achieve substantial revenue growth. • Successfully transitioned the Turvo platform to a new geoservices provider, significantly enhancing location and mapping capabilities while saving over $500K annually. Owned the entire project from initial discovery to an RFP process, contract negotiations, comprehensive testing, go-live, and ongoing support.
