With a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Don Bosco Institute of Technology, I have built a diverse career in technology and design. As a Co-Founder of CaseChat, I developed an AI-driven platform to enhance clinical education, leading product strategy and design in a high-ambiguity environment. My role as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Antler further honed my entrepreneurial skills. Previously, as a Product Designer, I improved user experiences for companies like MSIG, 1Finance, and Razorpay. At Avenue Supermarts Ltd - DMart, I led UX for warehouse applications, significantly reducing dispatch times and digitizing processes. My experience at Solutionario involved designing VR apps for enterprise marketing. My career reflects a blend of product management, UX design, and development, driven by a passion for creating impactful digital solutions.

• Co-Founder · CaseChat09-01-2024 – 07-01-2025

  CaseChat is a platform that provides AI-generated patient cases to simulate clinical exposure and help doctors teach and assess effectively using case-based learning. Built and shipped an AI-driven case simulator for clinical decision-making, used by medical students and educators. Led product strategy, user research, UX design, implementation, and go-to-market — from interviewing doctors and students to designing the UI, building the product, and crafting the marketing site and messaging in a 0→1, high-ambiguity environment. Designed a modular UI system in Figma mapped to live Svelte components. Developed FastAPI services for case generation, structured evaluation, and feedback delivery. Built RAG pipelines using ChromaDB, OpenAI, and Gemini APIs to contextualize 4,000-page documents and dense medical texts, surfacing relevant information and generating structured JSON outputs to drive clinical education workflows. Operated as a hybrid PM, designer, and developer in a two-person founding team using a combination of Trello, hand drawn sketches, Figma and cursor for shorter iteration times.

  Led UX for 20+ interconnected applications supporting warehouse operations, including delivery size planning, picking, truck monitoring, and manpower allocation. Simplified fragmented workflows and reduced average dispatch times by over 30 percent. Digitized paper-based processes with mobile and desktop tools for low-tech users like pickers and planners. Built a cross-platform design system in Figma for speed and visual consistency. Conducted on-site research and testing with warehouse teams and collaborated with engineers and leadership to align design with real-world operational needs. Prototyped and validated workflows with field users while owning UX strategy in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
