With a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Don Bosco Institute of Technology, I have built a diverse career in product design and development. Currently self-employed as a Product Designer, I specialize in creating design systems and optimizing user experiences for various clients, including Razorpay and MSIG. Previously, I led the UX practice at Avenue Supermarts Ltd - DMart, establishing design workflows and collaborating closely with development teams. My experience also includes designing VR apps at Solutionario and developing AR applications during an internship at Vaanarsena Studios. As a Lead Frontend Developer at ZoloStays, I enhanced user experiences for web applications, integrating payment gateways and building resident portals.

• Product Designer · Self Employed04-01-2022

  Designing products from discovery to validation, creating design language and design systems for products from scratch. Key projects include optimizing Razorpay's merchant dashboard, improving the dashboard and support flows for 1Finance, creating the user experience for the new agent portal for MSIG's agents, working as a storyboard artist/UX Designer for WhoVR's AR/VR app displayed at G20, and building Figma plugins to expedite workflows and collaborate with product teams.

  Led the practice of design and established the design workflow at DMart labs. Facilitated conversations with business leadership to build a common understanding of challenges and goals within the team. Ensured discussions and deliverables were aimed at outcomes, not just producing outputs. Collaborated closely with the development team to ensure the highest standards of user experience. Drove the entire product design cycle and deliverables from wireframes, high fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design reviews. Provided UI/UX expertise in mobile/desktop apps, data visualization, and corporate branding.

  Designed and built VR apps used by enterprises for marketing and employee onboarding, leading to higher engagement than typical campaigns.

• Animation Intern / AR Developer · Vaanarsena Studios08-01-2018 – 05-01-2019

  Learned fundamentals of figure drawing and animation and built an AR app which renders 2D animation in worldspace using Vuforia's AR SDK for iOS and Android. Envisioned and created the AR app, not the animation itself.

• Lead Frontend Developer · ZoloStays07-01-2015 – 07-01-2016

  Led the frontend development and overall user experience for the web app which helped customers locate PG accommodation and make online bookings. Worked on payment gateway integration using PayTM. Built the frontend of the resident portal which allowed residents to pay bills, report issues, etc. Technologies used included Angular 1.4 for the frontend and Node.js as an API server for certain lightweight backend services.
