As a UI/UX Consultant and Business Analyst at Oliva Advisory, I develop end-to-end SaaS platforms and digital products for global clients. I use my cross-industry knowledge of human-machine interaction and color psychology to create cutting-edge user interfaces that enhance user experience and satisfaction. I also design and implement various dashboards using BI solutions such as Tableau and Power BI, to provide data-driven insights and recommendations. I have completed a BA in International Business - Intercultural Studies at Hochschule Heilbronn, with a merit-based scholarship from the Gustav - Berger Foundation. I have also studied abroad at Universidad de las Américas Puebla in Mexico, where I gained valuable intercultural competencies and exposure to different business environments and practices. I am fluent in Romanian, English, and German, and have obtained Microsoft certifications in Azure Fundamentals and Data Fundamentals. I am passionate about how culture shapes a nations needs and how business enterprises react and adapt to it. My goal is to leverage my UI/UX design and business analysis skills to create innovative and impactful solutions that address diverse and complex challenges.
