With a Master of Arts in Interaction & UI UX Design from the Academy of Art University, expected in 2024, I have honed my skills in creating user-centric designs. My experience as a UX Designer at CarbonGraph involved designing an AI chatbot, focusing on typography and interface design to enhance user experience. I conducted user research and usability testing to refine the chatbot's functionality. As a Product Designer at AboundSenses, I developed an artwork eCommerce platform, leading UI UX design and branding efforts. My role involved strategic communication with stakeholders to boost conversion rates through user research. Previously, I worked as an English Second Language Teacher, where I tailored lesson plans to meet individual student needs. My career began as a Human Resources Assistant at Ferragamo Retail Taiwan, where I managed HR tasks for over 100 employees and organized company events.
