  Created the dashboard interface, as well as the information architecture for an industry-leading language learning system targeted at 8th grade through higher ed students. The system offers language courses worldwide for hundreds of thousands of students. I lead the research, as well as the interaction design, visual design, and usability testing for the project. Its responsive UI is available on mobile as well as desktop. I also completed several other UI projects that received wide acclaim within the company.

  Created and ran a comprehensive research program with dozens of research participants to create a 360-degree view of the users within the organization. I then leveraged the results for several new UX initiatives. I was the lead UX designer on four separate teams and completed research, user flows, and wireframes, for dozens of projects. I was given an employee of the month award in the 1200-person company.

  Validity makes B2B SaaS applications for CRM data administrators and email marketers. - Created over a hundred high fidelity wireframes using Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop that people within the company that were presented with much acclaim. - Created elaborate user flow diagrams and presentations that greatly facilitated the C level executives' understanding of design direction and strategy. - Ran multiple one-on-one research studies with target users that were considered, "The most effective interviews my manager had ever seen." - Ran multiple usability studies. - Helped to create a high-quality style guide. - Helped to define software functionality. - Collaborated closely with product management and development staff.
