I build and grow things that connect people in better and more innovative ways, whether that's a social network or a financial reporting tool. I drank the Silicon Valley Kool-Aid in 2014 I've never looked back. It's a lifestyle that transcends a geographic location. Before this, I started with a summer technology camp for kids to teach kids to code before it was cool in 5 US locations. I built software utilized by hundreds of thousands of kids in the lowest income neighborhoods of the US (paid for by the federal government). More recently, I built a Y-Combinator backed marketplace for kids activities that pivoted into Classpass for kids with a focus on technology. Tech enabled education will change our future and the world isn't doing enough to foster this, but It's changing much slower than I'd like. For now, we'll build the future in other ways.

  FutureLeague (previously known as Camperoo) is a Y-Combinator backed startup that teaches kids ages 6-12 engineering and programming with a focus on teamwork, creativity, and design thinking through a combination of (1) monthly challenge boxes (2) online course materials and (3) a private video sharing social community. Kids learn to 'build the future' and share with their peers. Camperoo was a kids summer camp marketplace.
