  Assisted in creation and implementation of packaging parts for new module frames for solar panels and validation of the packaging configuration via ISTA and shipping testing standards while maintaining cross-functional communication. Collaborated with global suppliers and worked with various plastics materials including nylon and PP for packaging corner clips. Created and updated SOPs for testing procedures and packaging procedures as needed. Identified and implemented packaging cost reduction solutions with the sustainability team, following SunPower environmental guidelines.

  Assisted the packaging department with various tasks including utilizing excel for project tracking to help secure timely project launch dates. Proofchecked packaging information with QA before mass production and worked cross-functionally with art to establish packaging graphics.
